Open water swimming
Our training develops muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, speed, coordination, balance and flexibility. This programme can be used to enhance performance for a broad range of professional sports and activities including snow & water sports, climbing and triathlons; along with improving overall health, fitness and wellbeing.
This retreat teaches you how to create your own bodyweight training regime, along with a 14 hour fitness programme to set you on your way.
Our location is the Neilson Adakoy Beachclub in Turkey, situated on the shores of a protected national park known as Paradise Island. This picturesque location is ideal for our outdoor fitness retreat, giving you both an invigorating and relaxing holiday.
